WHERE STORIES COME FIRST
HOW IT BEGAN.
I’ve spent most of my life making things.
Long before Pluto Joint Records existed, I was drawing, designing, taking photographs, writing stories, and figuring out how all of those pieces could work together to create something bigger than any one medium on its own.
Professionally, I’ve spent decades working in creative fields—graphic design, illustration, branding, photography, product design, and visual storytelling. Every discipline taught me something different. Design taught me that details matter. Photography taught me that a single image can tell a story. Writing taught me that characters and emotions can stay with us long after the final page.
But there was always something bigger in the back of my mind.
I didn’t just want to create songs or pictures.
I wanted to build worlds.
For years, many of those ideas lived only in notebooks, sketches, and late-night thoughts because bringing entire worlds to life often required more time, resources, and people than one person could realistically manage.
The introduction of artificial intelligence changed everything..
It didn’t give me new ideas—it gave me the opportunity to finally build the worlds I had been imagining for years. It gave me a way to create the music, the artwork, the characters, and the stories that had been living in my imagination for a very long time.
I don’t see AI as replacing creativity.
I see it as another tool in the workshop.
Human Creativity First
All of our ideas and creations come from a very human place. The stories, the characters, the emotions, lyrics and the creative direction all begin with imagination and experience. Technology simply allows me to bring those ideas to life in ways I could only dream about before.
That’s how Pluto Joint Records was born.
Every artist here begins with a story. Before there’s an album cover, a song title, a lyric, there are questions. Who is this person? What kind of world do they live in? What do they believe? What are they running from? What keeps them awake at night?
Those answers become the foundation for everything that follows.
That’s why the artists here feel connected to the worlds they inhabit.
Every song becomes another chapter.
Every album opens another door.
Pluto Joint Records is ultimately a place where all of my passions come together.
My hope is that when you spend time here, you’ll discover a song that feels personal, a character that feels familiar, or a world you simply don’t want to leave.
